However, Due to the unique and customized nature of our art pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once a purchase has been completed. This policy ensures the integrity of the artwork and the artist’s work. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.
1. Eligibility for Returns
– Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
– You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
– The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. Return Process

– Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back.
– Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective.
